To reserve an appointment at Khara Spa, a credit or debit card number is required. An eight hour notice-of-cancellation is highly recommended in an effort to avoid being charged for the scheduled service. In the event that a service is not cancelled in a timely fashion, a “no show” fee of twenty dollars will be charged to your card.
Groups of three or more are required to reserve their scheduled appointments with a fifty percent deposit on a credit or debit card. To receive a full refund of the deposit, notice-of-cancellation must be made and acknowledged at least forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled services.
Services and prices are subject to change without notice.
We request that all first-time guests arrive at least ten minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time in order to complete any required paper work.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and
gift certificates as methods of payment for services rendered.
Gratuities are not included in the spa pricing.
For the convenience of our clients, Khara Spa offers secure lockers to maintain all belongings during your visit. However, we strongly recommend that our clients leave all valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Private parties are available upon request. Please contact our Spa Concierge for more information.
To maintain our quiet and relaxing atmosphere, we request that children under the age of twelve be appropriately supervised by an adult. Children under the age of eighteen must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian prior to performing services. It may be requested that an adult remain in the treatment room while services are performed on a minor client.
We at Khara Spa take great pride in our unparalleled level of professionalism. For the safety of our clients and employees, our staff reserve the right to terminate any procedure or service at any time, at their discretion. Payment-in-full for the service provided will be expected at that time. |
